Weekly, Thursday through Monday at noon

Meal Prep Pickup Hours:

Wednesdays 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM ONLY
(We do not have sufficient cooler space to store orders.)
Please leave name/cell of alternate pickup person(s) in Special Instructions box in Checkout.

All meal preps are fully cooked and some need to be reheated in microwave with lid ajar or transferred to a different container to reheat in oven or on stovetop.

Meal Preps will change approximately every 3-5 weeks.

Black containers are microwave/dishwasher/freezer safe
and are BPA Free/Reusable/Recyclable
